A product or service can only be as good as the people behind it.  Our talented and motivated directors and staff are among the industry's best at delivering quality entertainment.  But don't take our word for it!

We've included the words of some outstanding entertainment industry veterans we've had the pleasure of working with over the years.  Here's what they have to say about us!

WHAT THE PROS SAY ABOUT WBZB ENTERTAINMENT
Jamie Wooten - Television Producer & Playwright

These days, I'm an internationally-produced playwright (Dearly Beloved, Southern Hospitality, The Dixie Swim Club) but in my "past lives" I was a song-and-dance man (Busch Gardens, Princess Cruises) and a television writer/producer (The Golden Girls, Half & Half).  But back to that "song-and-dance" part.  That was when I worked alongside and for Bruce Sampson.  And he was, and is, one of the most talented, hardest-working, and yes, nicest guys I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

When I met Bruce (nearly 30 years ago!), he was a teenager from Bogalusa, Louisiana.  And the first time I heard him sing, I knew he'd do great things.  And so he has! I've had the pleasure of watching him teach others and share his knowledge of performing and of seeing those young people learn and grow beyond what they thought they were capable of.  Singing and dancing with, and for, Bruce was always exciting and his joy in performing and giving to each audience was and always will be his greatest gift.

Stephanie J. Block - Broadway Veteran and Recording Artist

I am a working actor on Broadway!  I am so proud to say that.  I am even more proud of how I got here and the many lessons I learned along the way.  I attribute so much of what I learned to the teachers that helped train me and guide me toward my dreams, the local arts programs and community theaters.  I also feel I gained a wealth of information by watching those with whom I have worked.  Bruce and Jolene Sampson inspired me with their talents and by their contagious excitement for the arts.  They teach and create with knowledge and love.

I can remember working with  both of them and feeling so lucky to share the stage with such incredible artists.  I originated the title role in a Broadway role called The Pirate Queen and am currently starring as Elphaba in WICKED on Broadway. I know this moment is happening because of all that I learned along the way.

Getting to Broadway takes work.  It takes respect for the work and for those you are working with.  And I could not have more respect for Bruce and Jolene and the tremendous difference they are making in young artists' lives.

Kye Brackett - Choreographer & Entertainer

Hello, I am Kye Brackett. I'm a singer, dancer, choreographer, songwriter and motivational speaker. I am an NAACP Image Award recipient (for Best actor in a musical: Five Guys Named Moe) and currently both choreographer and featured singer in Barry Manilow's "Music and Passion" (an Emmy award-winning show now playing in  Las Vegas).

I received my initial training in the same place as Bruce Sampson, and when it comes to music and performing; I've always known him to be motivated and disciplined.  He is a compassionate and professional leader whom I trust implicitly to take care of any matters pertaining to music and musical theater, as well as anything musically theatrical.  It's my pleasure to count myself among those working on his staff.

Sharon Owens - Las Vegas Headliner, Actress and Entertainer

My entertainment journey began singing and dancing at Busch Gardens theme park in Tampa, Florida.  I also did commercial studio work for Sea World and performed in musical theater.  recently, I was crowned the winner of the hit TV show on Fox called "Performing As..." for my impersonation of Barbra Streisand.  Since that TV success, I've been on Access Hollywood, EXTRA, Entertainment Tonight and Family Feud.  I've opened for such acts as The Lettermen, The Mandrell Sisters, Willie Nelson, Loretta Lynn and many more.  I've been performing "Tribute to Barbra Streisand" to critical acclaim nationwode in major showrooms, for corporate events, international tours and as a headliner in Las Vegas.

My career as a Barbra Streisand impersonator/tribute artist began in 1992 when I moved to Los Angeles where I began singing Streisand in dinner theaters.  This is when I first met Bruce sampson.  He was my director for at least 8 shows over a two-year span and we shared the stage together on a number of occasions.  He is a professional, a talented artist and a supportive teacher. I learned a great deal from Bruce and I know that any production he helms is always top-notch!
